After starting my own journey for Well-Being with a focus on childhood issues, trauma, grief and self-worth, I discovered and fell in love with the growth, insight and effortless changes that occur with Hypnotherapy. 

 

I am driven by a passion for understanding human behavior, neuroscience, and the mind.
